Our professional experience has brought us here. Ali is a Veteran and has extensive HR experience. As HR professionals, both Altagracia and Ali have always worked hand in hand with individuals in different levels and needs, bringing them together through active listening and finding the right solution. This easily translates into home care as an owner/operator and being a Steward leader is something we strive for, especially when families have situations that require solutions to achieve things they may not have thought possible. We cannot achieve this alone and our HR backgrounds can assist in building a team of caregivers that care for clients like family. Caregivers are really at the heart of what we do and we take great pride in making the perfect match.
Often, individuals are looking for solutions that impact them in a positive way. Our goal is to find out what families want to achieve and work hand in hand alongside them. We also want to pass along education we have learned that can help families understand what their loved one is going through but also collaborate on strategies that work.
Through active listening and empathetic care, we work to design specialized care plans that are achieved through family and client input. We work hard to meet individual needs and rally our team to help achieve client centric goals. We've always recognized that people want to be heard, and that is what we're here to do.
We've always been involved in the community, along with providing care to our parents. Through active care coordination, they receive care and it has made a world of difference for them and us and knowing that positive impact is what we want to continue further into our community.
